Eric Marquette joined the team in September 2018. He dedicates his practice exclusively on family law. He represents his clients in matters of separation, divorce, division of property, child custody, child and spousal support, common law spouses’ disputes and applications for intra-family adoption.
Mtre Marquette relies on a personalized approach of the mandates entrusted to him, seeking the most appropriate solution for his clients.
Prior to joining the firm, he began his career at a Legal Aid office in Montreal, where he quickly appeared before courts in various jurisdictions in Quebec.
He then practiced for a few years in Laval, then in Longueuil, where he gained experience in various areas of law, including family law, but also civil litigation, real estate law, tax litigation, bankruptcy, commercial litigation, etc. Since the beginning of his career, he has appeared before most of Quebec courts, including the Court of Appeal.
In recent years, he has devoted himself exclusively to the practice of family law.
Mtre Marquette has been teaching family law to future lawyers at the Quebec Bar school since 2017.
