Stéphane Pouliot joined the team in 2004.
Before joining the firm, he worked in family law, youth protection, mental health and administrative law for the service of the Legal Aid office in Baie-Comeau.
Since 2008, he also acts as arbitrator for the Comité d’arbitrage des comptes of the Quebec Bar.
He exclusively dedicates his practice to family law questions. He has had the opportunity to represents his clients in front of all of Quebec’s courts, including the Court of Appeal.
Being accustomed to running high profile casees in which the amounts involved exceed the million, Mtre Pouliot effectively manages teams of interdisciplinary experts, including accountants, fiscalists, actuaries, psychologists and psychiatrists.
Mtre Pouliot is the expert of the firm in mental health and youth protection cases.
He practices law in French and in English.
