Suzanne H. Pringle is at the head of an office of eight attorneys.

She founded the firm in 1988.

She focuses her practice only on Family law matters.

She represents her clients in family matters including separation, divorce, division of property, child custody, child and spousal support, international child abduction (Hague Convention), de facto spouses’ disputes and representation of children.

From 1983 to 1988, she practiced banking and insolvency law in the litigation department of an important firm of Montreal.

Throughout her career, she has been involved in many international disputes.

She acted as co-counsel in the highly mediated case Eric v. Lola regarding the constitutionality of the treatment of de facto spouses under the Civil Code of Quebec. The dispute began in front of the Superior Court in February 2002 and has been subject to a favorable judgment of the Supreme Court of Canada on January 25, 2013.

On September 8, 2014, she received the Prix reconnaissance of the Laval Bar, in acknowledgment of her implication in the legal community and for the exceptional quality of her career, her dedication and the success of her practice.

Since April 2014, Mtre Pringle is an accredited mediator in family law.

She is fluent both in English and French.
