Érika joined Pringle & Associates in April 2021.

Since the beginning of her career, she has practised family law with passion and rigour. Her career has enabled her to plead regularly before the Quebec Superior Court to assert her clients' rights, as well as representing some of them before the Court of Appeal.

Érika has developed extensive expertise in complex child custody situations. She guides her clients towards solutions appropriate to their individual situations, while acting before the courts when necessary to protect her clients' interests.

Integrity and perseverance are at the heart of Érika's practice, as she firmly believes that any family dispute can be resolved fairly for all family members, and especially in the best interests of the children involved.

Érika completed her law degree at the Université de Montréal. Her path was enriched by practical experience, having acted as a research assistant in public international law, as well as being involved with the Clinique juridique. She also deepened her knowledge of private international law by completing a course of study at the University of Malaga, Spain. She holds a minor in criminology, which she completed with honors.

Érika is bilingual and has a good knowledge of Spanish.
