Rita Daou joined the firm in 2023, after setting up her own family law and Canadian immigration practice and working for several years in an office where she practised exclusively in family law.

Me Daou favors a more flexible, modern approach to the law, giving priority to alternative methods of settlement such as mediation, coaching and parental coordination, or settlement conferences.

Ms. Daou has many years' experience pleading before the various courts of Quebec. She has developed particular expertise in complex cases involving child custody, relocation and parental conflict.

Her innovative approach and in-depth understanding of her clients' specific needs ensure that her clients feel supported and coached throughout the separation or divorce process. Her commitment to constructive and respectful conflict resolution makes her a valuable resource for her clients.
