Stéphane Pouliot joined Pringle & Associés in 2004, after practicing with Baie Comeau Legal Aid.

He devotes his practice exclusively to family matters, representing clients in divorce, separation, custody disputes, child abduction and the survival of support obligations. In the course of his practice, he has appeared before all levels of Quebec courts, including the Court of Appeal, and has represented clients before the Supreme Court of Canada.

Accustomed to handling cases with assets in excess of millions of dollars, Mtre Pouliot effectively manages interdisciplinary work teams with accountants, tax specialists, actuaries, psychologists and psychiatrists. He is recognized for his meticulousness, rigor and creative approach to the law. These qualities have earned him Best Lawyer recognition since 2022.

Since 2008, Mtre Pouliot has also served as an arbitrator on the Quebec Bar's Accounts Arbitration Committee.

He is also the firm's contact for cases involving mental health issues and youth protection, frequently appearing before the Court of Quebec, Youth Division.
