For several weeks now, we have been experiencing the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on our lives. Everyone's situation has been affected in one way or another, whether economically or personally. The period of confinement brings its share of challenges and adaptations for Quebec families. While temporary, the current situation is understandably affecting many people's morale.

It's normal for some people to feel stressed, anxious or depressed when faced with an abnormal situation. With this press release, we'd like to share the free resources put online by various entities. Don't hesitate to consult them!

A consortium of private and public companies has created a website full of wellness resources to help Canadians adapt to the situation created by COVID-19 and cope with uncertainty, mental health issues and addiction: https: //biencanadiens.ca/accueil
